How Court Duty works
Court Duty is a job board for padel, pickleball and tennis clubs: coaches, front desk, managers, court staff, café and shop. It is an independent project run by its founder. It is not yet a registered company, and it is not a recruitment agency.
Where the jobs come from
- Only two sources: jobs that clubs post on Court Duty, and jobs we collect from employers’ own careers pages. We do not copy other job boards.
- We check every source once a day. A job stays while it is still on the employer’s page. The day it disappears, we close it.
- Every collected job names its source and links to it. The employer’s page is the authority: check it before you apply.
- The date shown is the one the employer gives, or the day we first saw the job. We never move it forward.
The summaries are written by AI
- Each collected job carries a short summary of the advert, written automatically by an AI model in our own words and labelled as our short version. The advert is read once and not stored.
- A summary can contain mistakes. The link to the employer’s page is always next to it.
- Pay is shown only when the advert states a figure. We never estimate pay.
- When we have no summary yet, the page says so and sends you to the employer’s page. Those pages are kept out of search engines until the summary exists.
Corrections and removal
An employer can have a listing corrected or removed within 2 working days: use “Is this your job? Correct or remove it” on the job page, or write to holacourtduty@gmail.com.
What it costs
- Job seekers never pay and need no account. We take no commission on hires and make no calls: you and the club talk directly.
- Clubs can post their own jobs: Post a job shows the current terms.
